We are here to live our 'story' of our own lives. Yet our stories get to be more than we can handle and the drama of them takes over our very being. Our true relationship is between ourselves and God. This is a challenging concept for most people as they are totally absorbed by their 'story' and have temporarily lost their focus to post traumatic stress through separation, divorce, death, change of locations, an ailing partner or child, or dealing with drug and alcohol issues, or getting stuck in their situation, these are just a few of the many challenges of today's society. My role is to help extricate YOU from continuing to hurt yourself and maybe others as well.

CBD, Tea & Me Counseling

CBD is legal in Florida and I have found that when clients come to my home, partaking in CBD tea is an opportunity for them to truly unload their burdens and be willing to let go and move forward.

CBD Tea and Me is an up close and in person direct way to unblock and remove blinders as to what you may consider normal situations that are directly supporting a story that may not be good for you to be in.

With CBD Tea and Me you may consider how you see yourself as different and more courageous way, to handle those things in your life that you have been starring in that no longer serve you.
