There are many chapters in your story that have yet to be told. When you are healthy, no matter what is going on, your point of view will be to go through your situation with strength, dignity and joy. We all have challenges. We are not judged by our challenges, we are judged by how we handle them.

Many families have had to face young children, teens and maybe even parents facing gender changes in this new binary world that we find ourselves in. Things may not be what you thought they were going to be. It's your life and you have to be in it for the long haul. I'm here to help you to see that you have choices.

Having an experienced wise 'grandmother' on hand to step in and give loving support in this world of great divide, will give you and your family the courage and strength to move forward. In years past the nuclear family lived close by to the grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Now this is the exception, not the rule.  The world is not the same as it was. Both good and bad. I will help you to review yourself through new lenses. YOU will be able to empower yourself to live through crisis situations and know that you will become stronger, more powerful, secure and peaceful with who you are.  You will become kinder to yourself and to others.

My counseling is very unique and from the heart. I don't waste anytime getting to the root of the problem and making positive statements to redirect your thinking. My listening skills are there for you to be heard and acknowledged My style will allow you to hear yourself and make choices that will benefit you in your growth.

Many times only one person from the family will be present.  Then after seeing the new found strength that you have, other family members will come as well.  My goal is to strengthen your core.  All of society is having major problems.  It is my goal to help you go beyond the confines of being struck in any situation.

One of my strengths is to help seniors to begin life again.  Many older people who have lost their partners have never lived on their own and tasted life on their own terms.  Fear of being alone, out living your money, having adult children who ignore you has stopped so many people of their enjoyment of living longer, healthier and more fulfilled lives. I don't waste a moment of your time getting spun up in your tale.  My work is to help you to face your life from a beautiful new perspective...Strong and courageous and loving being YOU.

Just a personal note, my Grandmother Evelyn would say, "Life is but a blink of the eye."
